Intellectual Property
Every sketch, spatial optimization plan, and bespoke furniture design remains the exclusive property of Nimbus Nest. We'll fiercely protect our creative IP from unauthorized replication.
Supply & Fulfillment
Lead times for hospitality fit-outs are estimates based on global supply chains. We strive for precision, but we aren't liable for delays caused by force majeure or logistic disruptions.
Refined Professionalism
How do we handle disputes? Primarily through professional arbitration. Our goal is always to find a solution that preserves our shared vision for your hotel's interior aesthetic.
General Provisions
The following document constitutes the complete Terms of Service for Nimbus Nest. We've designed these to protect both our craftsmen and your investment. Why settle for generic legalities when your furniture is bespoke?
1. Service Definitions
"Services" refers to our furniture design, manufacturing, space optimization consulting, and site installation. When we're working on your site, we expect safety standards to adhere to OSHA requirements.
2. Payment & Retainers
Bespoke manufacturing requires a 50% non-refundable retainer before material sourcing begins. Final balances are due 14 days prior to delivery. Note: Late payments may cause your production slot to be reassigned.
3. Liability Limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nimbus Nest's liability for any claim shall not exceed the total price paid for the specific item in question. We're furniture experts, not magical insurers.
